In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the mgs88 platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the service — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Your continued use of the platform following any published revision of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

mgs88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balances.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) mgs88 Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein, including real-money deposits where fraud is suspected.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification: Before mgs88 will process your first withdrawal request, you are required to complete identity verification by submitting the following documents:

The following general conditions apply to all mgs88 bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mgs88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any mgs88 content without express prior written consent from mgs88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mgs88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the mgs88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Where mgs88's liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, up to a maximum of Rp 5.000.000.

mgs88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the mgs88 Privacy Policy in full.

In summary: we collect only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity (KYC), process transactions, and provide customer support. In cases of suspension for investigation, real-money deposits will be held in escrow pending the outcome. Where no breach is confirmed, the full Account balance will be returned.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mgs88 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause shall prevent mgs88 from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized Account access.

Indonesian Members acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing legal development. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing the mgs88 platform is lawful under the specific laws applicable to you in your place of residence.
